AiPure Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing AiPure. AiPure is committed to providing high-quality products, including devices with electronic components, so specific return, replacement, and warranty terms apply. Please review the policy below to understand the eligibility, process, and timelines clearly.


1. Return Eligibility

  • AiPure offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery of your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

    • Unused or in like-new condition, with no signs of wear, scratches, dents, cracks, or physical damage.

    • Returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and components intact inside the box.

Returns / Refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of physical damage, dents, scratches, cracks, or liquid damage.

  • The device has been opened, modified, tampered with, or repaired by an unauthorized service center.

  • The product has been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, improper charging, or failure to follow the user manual.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To raise a return request within 7 days of delivery, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Submit a Request via Email

  • Subject line: Return Request – Order <Order Number>

  • Return requests raised on WhatsApp, phone calls, or social media will not be accepted for processing.

Your email must include:

  • A clear description of the issue you are facing.

  • 4–5 clear images and/or a short video showing the defect or malfunction.

  • Order details: Full Name, Contact Number, Order ID, and Date of Purchase.

Step 2: Verification & Approval

  • The AiPure support team will review your request, verify the issue, and may ask for additional details if required.

  • After approval, your return or exchange request will be processed, and a reverse pickup will be scheduled, typically within 24 hours (business days).

Step 3: Reverse Pickup

  • Our courier partner will attempt pickup within 1–2 business days from the approved date.

  • Please ensure:

    • The product is securely packed in its original packaging.

    • All accessories, documentation, and components are included.

The courier partner may decline pickup if:

  • Original product, packaging, or any accessory is missing.

  • The product shows visible damage, excessive usage, tampering, or misuse.


3. Refund Process

  • Once the product is picked up and reaches AiPure’s facility, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC).

  • If the product passes QC as per the return eligibility criteria, the refund will be initiated.

Refund timelines:

  • For prepaid orders: Refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 3–4 working days after QC approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be initiated via bank transfer/UPI to the account details shared by you at the time of raising the request.

Important:

  • COD shipping/handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take an additional 7–10 business days to reflect in your account after initiation.

If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeline, please:

  • Check your email/SMS for refund initiation confirmation from AiPure.

  • Verify your bank/UPI statement after 7–10 business days from initiation.

  • Contact AiPure support with your Order ID and refund reference for further assistance.


4. Exclusions from Return

The following scenarios are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that are no longer needed or purchased due to a change of mind or preference.

  • Returns based on subjective reasons such as look & feel, minor colour variation, or slight design differences from images, where product functionality is not impacted.

  • Packaging-related issues that do not impact product safety, structure, or performance.

  • Requests raised after the 7-day return window.

  • Products that, upon inspection, are found to be fully functional and free of defects.


5. Replacement Policy

  • If a product shows a technical defect, you can raise a replacement request within 7 days of delivery.

  • A fresh replacement unit will be dispatched after physical examination and testing of the returned product.

    • If no issue is found, the same unit will be returned to you.

  • If the issue is reported after 7 days but within the warranty period, the product may be replaced with an equivalent-condition product (new or refurbished) after testing, as per AiPure’s warranty terms.

Out-of-stock scenarios:

  • If the exact product (or specific colour/variant) is out of stock at the time of replacement during the warranty period:

    • An alternate product of equivalent price/value will be offered.

    • Warranty will continue as per the original product’s purchase date (no reset or extension).

How to Initiate a Replacement Request

  1. Email thecorporatecartllp@gmail.com with the subject: Replacement Request – Order <Order Number>.

  2. Include:

    • A clear description of the issue.

    • 4–5 images or a short video showing the defect/malfunction.

    • Order details: Name, Contact Number, Order ID.

  3. After verification and approval, reverse pickup will be arranged (same process and conditions as returns).

  4. Once the product is received and verified, the replacement unit will be dispatched, and tracking details will be shared.

Approximate replacement timeline:

  • The complete replacement process may take 12–15 days from pickup, subject to logistics and QC.


6. Self-Ship Process (If Reverse Pickup Not Available)

If reverse pickup is not serviceable at your pincode, the AiPure support team may request you to self-ship the product.

Step 1: Confirmation from Support

  • You will be informed via email if you need to self-ship.

Step 2: Packaging Requirements

  • Pack the product securely to prevent damage in transit.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.

Step 4: Refund of Shipping Cost

  • Once the product is received and passes QC:

    • The approved refund amount will be processed within 48 hours.

    • An additional ₹99 will be reimbursed towards courier/shipping charges for self-ship cases.

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment mode (for prepaid orders) or via bank transfer/UPI (for COD orders).


7. Orders During Sale / Promotional Periods

  • Orders placed during special promotions, discounts, or sale events are generally not eligible for returns.

  • However, in the following cases, AiPure will assist with a replacement (subject to stock availability and standard QC):

    • The colour/variant received is different from what was ordered.

    • The product received is defective or damaged on arrival.

Standard inspection, eligibility, and approval criteria will apply before confirming a replacement.


8. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are non-returnable and non-refundable except in case of manufacturing defects reported within the applicable window:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Special-order products made-to-order on specific customer request.

  • Any item explicitly marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page.

If you are unsure about the eligibility of your product, please contact AiPure support before raising a return/replacement request.


9. Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellation requests will not be accepted if the order has already been shipped. Once shipped, it will be treated under the standard return policy.

  • Orders placed under Same Day Delivery (if offered by AiPure) are not eligible for cancellation.

  • No cancellations are permitted for products ordered for special occasions, time-bound campaigns, or limited-period offers, where explicitly mentioned on the product or campaign page.

10. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (If AiPure Offers One)
