Shipping policy

We value the trust you have placed in AiPure. Thank you for shopping with us. AiPure aims to process and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order processing time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery timelines

Under normal circumstances, most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Deliveries to remote, ODA (Out-of-Delivery-Area), or hard-to-reach locations may take longer than usual due to courier or logistical constraints.

Shipping charges

AiPure typically offers free shipping on most prepaid orders within India (you can adjust this line based on your actual pricing policy).

Any applicable shipping, COD, or special handling charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the courier name and tracking ID / link.

You can use this tracking information to monitor the real-time status of your shipment on the courier partner's website.

Delivery attempts and undelivered orders

Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the shipping address shared at checkout.

If the courier is unable to deliver the package (due to unreachable phone number, incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal, etc.), the shipment may be returned to AiPure's warehouse.

In such cases, AiPure may:

  • Offer re-dispatch to the correct/updated address (additional shipping charges may apply), or
  • Process a refund as per the Return & Refund Policy, after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges, where applicable.

Damaged, missing, or tampered shipments

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please:

  • Take clear photos/videos of the outer packaging and inner contents, and
  • Inform AiPure support within 24–48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and evidence.

In cases of missing items, wrong product, or transit damage, AiPure will evaluate the claim and assist with a suitable solution such as replacement, refund, or reshipment as per the Return & Refund Policy.

Serviceable locations

AiPure ships to most pin codes across India through reputed courier partners.

If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, AiPure support will inform you and may request an alternate address or cancel and refund your order.

International shipping

At present, AiPure primarily serves customers within India (update this line if you offer or plan to offer international shipping).

For any specific international shipping inquiries, please contact AiPure support before placing your order.

Change of shipping address

Address changes can be requested only before dispatch by writing to AiPure support with your Order ID and updated address.

Once the order is shipped, the address cannot typically be modified, and any change request will be subject to courier capabilities and additional charges (if applicable).
